The 401 Group of Companies is looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Website Administrator/Coordinator to support and manage a wide range of digital and web-based initiatives across our automotive, RV, and hospitality brands. If you're a natural multitasker with a passion for websites, content, and analytics we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities

Location: In Person - Cambridge, ON

Compensation: Up to $50,000 -$60,000 per year


Full-Time | MondayFriday

Daily Tasks:

  • Manage employee and photo updates across all 401 Auto websites
  • Assist with special web projects
  • Post and maintain photo updates across brand sites
  • Handle blog content updates and manage backlog
  • Perform website audits (images, functionality, feed errors)
  • Compile reporting on image accuracy, lead generation, and platform performance
  • Produce bi-weekly reporting

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • Experience with back-end website platforms (WordPress is a must)
  • Comfort using Excel and Google Sheets for data collection and analysis
  • Strong skills in content creation, blog writing, and photo optimization
  • Excellent communication to manage multiple vendor and department relationships
  • Ability to juggle several projects and maintain a sharp eye for detail
