Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive product adoption and revenue growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales, with proficiency in various HR technologies including: SAP, Workday, Dayforce, etc .

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential mid-market clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges.
• Conduct product demonstrations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and sales strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical expertise during negotiations.
• Assist in training sales staff on product features and technical aspects to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR technologies including SAP, Workday, Dayforce etc.
• Ability to analyze complex technical information and communicate it effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills with experience in delivering impactful product demos.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
