EFW Radiology is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care!

The Role:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, EFW's Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting EFW medical services to referrers; educating referrers about EFW medical services; and ensuring patients are aware of our services. The Marketing Manager will develop marketing campaigns and maintain strong public relations and brand image in alignment with the EFW's mission, vision and strategic goals.

The Marketing Manager will ensure the growth of the organization through developing effective marketing campaigns that help raise awareness of EFW's services. This role will also create lasting relationships with referrers, stakeholders, and community partners. The Marketing Manager will oversee the creative, digital, analytical, and financial aspects of EFW's marketing projects, including the areas of development, market research, and content creation. The Manager directs marketing strategies by collecting research and analyzing data to identify stakeholders and will be involved in various promotional activities internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans, develops, and executes multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive patient volumes, in accordance with CPSA rules and regulations
  • Provides strategic counsel to organizational leadership on marketing strategy, media relations, and brand awareness
  • Acts as a ‘brand guardian' ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Manages EFW's social media channels in alignment with organizational communication guidelines, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms
  • Collaborates with an external vendor on website development while taking ownership of content updates, user experience enhancements, and alignment with EFW's branding objectives
  • Works to continually optimize the website's search engine performance (SEO) to improve visibility and reach
  • Works collaboratively with EFW's executive team, modalities and physicians to identify opportunities and develop strategies to promote areas of practice with capacity
  • Develops, fosters and supports EFW's community partnerships and sponsorships
  • Monitors industry trends, proactively adapting to challenges and opportunities
  • Researches trends and new marketing opportunities, utilizing AI tools responsibly and ethically, and brainstorms ideas
  • Creates content and coordinates financial documents for marketing and branding campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts
  • Communicates and negotiates with contractors, physician liaisons, and executive and operations leadership
  • Oversees the design, production and dissemination of marketing and communications collateral, per EFW's brand guidelines, which include brochures, forms, tradeshow displays, signage, swag and other promotional items.
  • Responsive to the needs of internal stakeholders and addresses all problems as they arise, including external incident management
  • Analyzes stakeholder feedback and campaign performance
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Leadership:

  • Communicates clear strategic vision and establishes clear and realistic expectations to engage and inspire the organization.
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection of staff creating a strong team working environment.
  • Models' integrity, respect, organizational effectiveness, and professionalism.
  • Provides coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback for modality employees.
  • Ensures all regulated staff have defined and appropriate roles and responsibilities and appropriate qualifications.
  • Takes responsibility for ensuring all modality staff have appropriate and defined roles and responsibilities; and that they receive appropriate supervision and performance management.
  • Promotes and facilitates a collaborative, team-based workplace that encourages physicians and employees to realize their potential and create a career with meaning.
  • Manages performance of direct reports including motivating team members to achieve goals and objectives and holds them accountable to those goals.
  • Conducts performance reviews; holds regular performance check-ins, and regularly communicates performance expectations for all direct reports.
  • Promotes a sense of community across the organization.

You have the following:

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in marketing, sales or public relations. Experience in the healthcare sector is an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent planning, writing, editing and content creation skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong experience in Illustrator and InDesign for creating and editing high-quality marketing materials that align with brand standards
  • Exceptional written and oral communications
  • Media relations and issues management experience
  • Strong digital storytelling and social media acumen
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once

Working Conditions:

  • The incumbent must be able to balance the ongoing pressures of competing work priorities and deadlines
  • Flexible working hours to meet the demands of the position, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to work at any EFW location and provide own transportation
  • Able to spend prolonged periods at a desk utilizing a computer and monitor and performing other close visual work as required (sitting, handling, touching, finger dexterity)
