We're seeking an Office Administrator to join the team!
In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating service schedules, supporting technicians and clients, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, environmentally focused pest control company.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm pest control appointments with efficiency and accuracy
• Manage customer records, service history, and reports in PestPac CRM
• Communicate with clients—answer questions, provide quotes, and coordinate service visits
• Support sales efforts by following up on leads and upselling ongoing service contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures
• Collaborate with technicians and team members to resolve scheduling conflicts
• Perform general administrative duties including supply management and customer support

Requirements:

• CRM experience (PestPac preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Sales-savvy and confident converting leads to recurring business
• Secondary school diploma preferred
• Must be able to commute to Burnaby, BC
