What You'll Do:
- Ignite Growth: Accelerate profitable sales by acquiring new clients and expanding our presence within existing accounts.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Confidently engage and negotiate with C-level executives, influencing key decisions that shape their business.
- Lead with Innovation: Harness your digital expertise to connect with prospects via phone, email, and video, leveraging social selling and dynamic marketing campaigns.
- Deliver Impactful Presentations: Use visual content to bring your sales meetings to life and capture attention.
- Expand Our Reach: Grow market share by identifying opportunities across client locations and business units, while safeguarding and increasing your revenue base.
- Champion Marketing Initiatives: Actively support and execute targeted campaigns within your portfolio, following up on qualified leads to maximize results.
- Strategize for Success: Research, plan, and prioritize your pipeline—establishing interest, assessing opportunities, and compelling prospects to choose Grand & Toy.

Where will I work?
We are a hybrid organization and will require you to work from our Vaughan office 3 days per week as part of our Inside Sales Team. The other 2 days, you can work from your home office.
What qualifications do I need?
- Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Sales, Marketing or Business
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in inside sales or field sales, account management or business development using digital tools, social selling, and marketing resources.
- Understanding of corporate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, MD&A, cashflow statements)
- Ability to quantify ROI
- Ability to research effectively using external tools
- Effective time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, in person or over the phone
- Social media engagement skills and digital presence
- Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM)
- Self-directed and results oriented
- Experienced and comfortable in engaging with C-suite executives
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset

- You will ear a competitive base salary starting at $60,000 - $65,000
- To benefit from a commission structure representing approx. 30% of base salary, with real potential to earn more
