The Opportunity

Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Moncton is looking for a Sales Representative.

We are seeking someone with a passion for sales and everything Trucks. We value individuals who take pride in their work, show initiative, are driven to succeed, and enjoy being part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell new and pre-owned Volvo and MACK heavy-duty trucks
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies targeting both new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-ins with a focus on closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Develop ongoing and profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the heavy-duty truck industry is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in college or university is an asset
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Has a passion for building and maintaing relationships
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to do sales presentations and conduct follow-up calls/meetings
  • Has excellent communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing
