We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Receptionist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in computer software, data entry, and administrative support, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment.

This is an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, and incoming mail and couriers
  • Organize and maintain office documents and filing systems
  • Manage and order office supplies as needed
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Provide administrative support to the manager with various assigned duties
  • Maintain and update mailing and pricing lists in Excel
  • Handle custom pricing requests, including emailing for quotes and responding to customer inquiries
  • Operate in-house computer software to create IT tickets and upload documentation
  • Maintain professional daily communication with contractors and internal staff members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2+ years of previous reception experience within a professional setting
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel
  • Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for details, comfortable working with mathematics and calculations
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to new concepts and tasks
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
