Dream is looking for Talent Acquisition Manager

Dream is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People + Culture team and oversee full-cycle recruitment across all levels, while driving forward-thinking strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Who are you?

Do you love building high-performing teams and creating exceptional candidate experiences? At Dream, we believe that talent is at the heart of our success—and we're looking for a passionate, driven, and strategic Talent Acquisition Manger to help us find, engage, and hire the best. If you're excited by the idea of shaping hiring strategies, mentoring others, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

What will you do?

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be at the center of Dream's hiring efforts—owning the recruitment journey from early-career hires to senior leadership roles. You'll play a hands-on role in refining our processes, supporting our teams, and amplifying our employer brand. It's a dynamic, high-impact position where your ideas and expertise will truly be valued.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern, entry-level, junior, and mid-to-senior-level roles, including management and leadership positions.
  • Conduct strategic and targeted sourcing for manager-level and above positions, including confidential and sensitive searches.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to build tailored hiring strategies and provide advisory support for senior management.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize a strong talent pipeline across all levels and departments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate new hire onboarding and facilitate new hire orientations.
  • Lead employer brand efforts, helping shape Dream's presence at career fairs, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Manage a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, providing guidance and support across all recruitment functions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and budgeting to improve hiring efficiency and measure success.
  • Serve as the point of contact for recruitment vendors, including agencies and universities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Campus Recruitment team to support intern hiring programs and event logistics.
  • Oversee administrative and operational hiring tasks, including job postings, background checks, references, offer letters, and new hire documentation.
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People + Culture initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve processes, strategies, and candidate experience.

What type of experience should you have?

We're looking for someone who's not only a recruiter but a trusted partner and advisor. If you bring a mix of hands-on experience and big-picture thinking—and you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment—then you'll thrive here.

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong track record of full-cycle recruitment, including senior management-level roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, talent strategy, and employer branding.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (experience with UKG an asset) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a collaborative mindset.
