We're searching for a North America-based Head of Product Management, Risk to join our Product Management team, so that we can advance the vision and commercial success of our Risk solutions portfolio. The Head of Product Management, Risk will lead a team of Product Managers and define the long-term strategy for our North American Risk offerings to drive growth and deliver measurable value to our customers and the business.

How You'll Spend Your Time

· Drive cross-functional alignment to improve business and customer outcomes

· Define product vision and strategy to ensure market relevance and long-term growth

· Execute product strategy to deliver commercial success in the North American market

· Oversee product management artifacts to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment

· Inspect product outcomes to drive continuous improvement and accountability across the team

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

· Extensive experience in healthcare technology/SaaS product leadership

· Proven success in developing and executing pricing and packaging strategies that drive growth

· In-depth knowledge of how to lead and elevate cross-functional teams

· Ability to travel around North America up to 20% as needed

· Sincere interest in improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology solutions

· A knack for working collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
