Staffinity is seeking a Branch Manager for a Northern Ontario client with a location in Timmins. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits, vacation, bonus and commission. The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday and the salary range is $65,000-75,000.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the office
  
• Responsible for all staffing issues including hiring, training, performance reviews, etc
  
• Manage the budget
  
• Complete daily/weekly staff schedules and backfill any last minute vacancies
  
• Work proactively with clients to maintain excellent service levels
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience
  
• Experience managing 10+ people
  
• Strong scheduling experience
  
• Excellent client management skills
  
• Detail oriented and organized
