SALESMANAGER WANTED

We're looking for a dedicated individual to lead our team as Sales Manager. As the main point of contact with prospective clients, successful candidates will play a vital role in the growth of our membership.

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years experience in the fitness industry as a salesrep and a sales manager.

2. Must know all aspects of membership sales process.

3. Must be able to implement and execute fitness marketing through social media and referrals.

4. Must personally exercise and have a thorough understanding of exercise equipment

5. Must understand all aspects of fitness assessments and exercise programming

6. Possess strong interpersonal skills, to be able to interview and hire sales staff.

7. Must be able to multitask, and have a commitment to delivering exceptional members service.

8. Ensure that business is achieving monthly membership sales quota

9. Must possess computer skills

10. Must be flexible with work schedule.

Remuneration

Starting at $100,000 annually Based on a combination of salary, commission sales override, and monthly performance bonus
