Location: London, Ontario
Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 annuallyIndustry: CannabisEmployment Term: Full-time Permanent About the Role: We're looking for a seasoned Financial Controller to take charge of our clients' finance operations and align them with the strategic vision of their CEO. This leadership position calls for someone with a deep understanding of the cannabis industry—especially in areas like B300 excise stamps and regulatory compliance. General Responsibilities:
  • Lead the company's financial function, ensuring full compliance with cannabis regulations and excise stamp requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning.
  • Partner closely with the CEO to implement long-term financial strategies.
  • Maintain adherence to tax laws and financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to support business growth.
Qualifications:
  • CPA designation is required.
  • 3–5 years of senior-level finance leadership experience in the cannabis industry.
  • Strong knowledge of excise stamp workflows and cannabis compliance protocols.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and financial analysis abilities.
