Position: Welder
Location: Mississauga, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Options:
• Morning Shift – 6:00 AM start
• Afternoon Shift – 12:00 PM start
Compensation: $27–$35/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG welding on steel and aluminum components
• TIG and Stick welding experience considered a strong asset
• Accurately read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and fabrication drawings
• Inspect and verify finished welds for dimensional accuracy and strength
• Consistently meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and proper PPE use

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and welding schematics
• Experience with welding jigs, fixtures, and power/shop tools
• Knowledge of welding safety, PPE protocols, and workplace best practices
• TIG and Stick welding skills are beneficial but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and troubleshoot welding issues
