We are hiring Inventory and Quality Control Packers for our Mississauga-based warehouse facilities. These positions require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting, including hands-on packing, inventory tasks, and quality inspection. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.Please note these are upcoming opportunities!
Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quality control inspections to ensure all items meet company standards
• Execute inventory control tasks, including stock counts, labelling, and reporting discrepancies
• Lift, sort, and repack products weighing up to 30 lbs into proper containers for shipping or storage
• Accurately pick and pack orders using order sheets and/or handheld scanners
• Transport items using a picking cart and allocate picked goods to designated bins or staging areas
• Scan, label, and package items following shipping procedures and client requirements
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workstation and participate in end-of-shift clean-up
• Complete additional warehouse duties as directed by supervisors or team leads

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (packing, inventory, or quality control)
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs consistently during a shift
• Experience with quality control checks or visual inspections is considered an asset
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

• Shifts Available: Day and Afternoon
• Pay: $17.50 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience and location)
• Status: Full-Time Only (No part-time positions available)
