Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Print Laminator to operate our Seal 62" Pro D laminator and ensure the consistent production of high-quality stickers, magnets, and decals. This role is vital to maintaining our product quality and supporting an efficient production process.Key ResponsibilitiesLamination Operations

• Operate the Seal 62" Pro D laminator to apply lamination to printed materials, including stickers, decals, and magnets.
• Adjust and monitor machine settings based on material type and project specifications.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular quality checks throughout the lamination process.
• Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies to ensure all products meet company quality standards.

Equipment Maintenance

• Perform routine daily and weekly maintenance on lamination equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and report any major equipment concerns promptly.

Workflow & Productivity Support

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient job flow and on-time order completion.
• Help identify and remove bottlenecks in the laminating process.

Material & Inventory Management

• Track material usage and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent production delays.
• Ensure accurate labeling and staging of raw materials for use across production shifts.

Workplace Cleanliness & Safety

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with safety protocols.
• Follow cleanliness standards to contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
