Elevate is hiring on behalf of a leading organization in the transportation sector, currently seeking a licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician for a well-established facility located in Hamilton, Ontario.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background, a passion for the trade, and a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles, including work on engines, brakes, suspensions, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely and accurate repairs.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify issues before they escalate.
  • Follow technical manuals and service bulletins to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors regarding work completed and any additional issues identified.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.
  • Stay up to date on training and attend sessions as scheduled.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician license.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in heavy-duty truck repair.
  • Experience working at a dealership is an asset
  • Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must own and maintain a complete set of tools required for the job
