Bookkeeping-Administration
We are looking for a Bookkeeper and Administration person for a Not-for-Profit Association based in Richmond BC. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting/bookkeeping familiar with QuickBooks online to do payables/receivables, monthly reconciliation as well as preparing financial statements for the monthly board of directors meetings. This is a membership driven organization and so strong communication skills are required to interact with members and the public.
Duties include:
Bookkeeping duties such as: accounts payable and receivable, Reconciling month end and monthly reporting financial for the Board of Directors. Duties will also include Providing administrative support to the Association including but not limited to: answering the phone, handling and forwarding communications, liaising with members on a variety of issues and inquiries, processing member applications and renewals,
The ideal candidate will have proficient English language skills both written and oral as well as a strong financial background with at least 3-5 years' experience, preferably in the NFP sector.
This is a fulltime position based in Richmond BC.
