How You'll Contribute
You'll be at the front line of our growth—being a part of the connections we build with senior decision-makers and bringing the right people to the table for powerful, peer-driven conversations. In this role, you will:
- Assist in designing and producing print, digital, and AV assets across multiple brands and events, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines.
- Support template creation and maintenance, adapting designs for various formats, platforms, and campaigns while adhering to established visual guidelines
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Facilitate the updating and organization of internal libraries, signage templates, and project folders for each event.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality on-brand creative materials within deadlines.
- Implement revisions based on feedback from senior team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, polished results.
- Stay up to date with brand updates, event calendars and project timelines to support timely and efficient delivery
- Contribute to the updating of websites, signage, and social media graphics as directed by the senior team.
- Serve as a point of contact for external vendors such as printers and AV teams as required.
What Sets You Up for Success
You don't need decades of experience to make a big impact here—just the mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn fast. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, with up to 2 years of professional or freelance experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in layout, typography, and branding fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of preparing files for print and digital output
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Willingness to learn, take direction and work in a collaborative team effort
- Bonus: Experience with email design tools, CMS platforms, or social media graphics
