General Laborer – OEM Bagging

As a General laborer in the OEM Bagging department at AROW Global, you will be responsible for individually bagging various items, packaging these into larger bags, and then consolidating them into even bigger bags for shipment. This fast-paced, team-oriented role requires collaboration to meet daily production targets, which vary based on business needs. We seek individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to quality and efficiency.

The Successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

  • Carefully package items into bags and package a set number of individually bagged items, ensuring each item meets high-quality and consistency standards.
  • Wrap certain products with care to ensure they are protected, meet quality standards and are ready for bagging.
  • Work closely with team members to coordinate efforts and meet daily production targets, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to handle varying daily workloads based on business needs, while maintaining high productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain and enforce the company's strict quality standards throughout all stages of the packaging process, promptly addressing any issues.
  • Perform various other tasks as needed to support the workflow and efficiency of the OEM Bagging team.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have:

  • Strong ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals
  • The ability to lift to 50 lbs. continuously when required
  • The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • The ability to read/interpret drawings/breakdowns
  • Understanding the importance of producing quality products
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must demonstrate a strong ability to follow instructions.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
