We are seeking a skilled IAM RBAC Specialist to join our Delivery Services team. The ideal candidate focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining role-based access control frameworks within an organization's identity governance model. This role ensures users have the appropriate level of access based on their job responsibilities while maintaining compliance and security standards

Location: Canada

Job Type: 3 month contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement RBAC frameworks across IAM systems (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, etc.)
• Conduct role mining and engineering based on least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD) principles
• Define and maintain role hierarchies, entitlements, and access policies.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify functional access requirements.
• Perform access reviews, certifications, and audits.
• Support IAM projects including user lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes).
• Troubleshoot access issues and provide support for IAM-related service tickets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree, 5+ years IT experience with at least 2+ years of IAM experience
• Experience with IAM platforms: SailPoint IIQ, Okta, Ping, Azure AD, CyberArk, etc.
• Proficiency in identity governance, access reviews, entitlement management, and compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA
• Role mining and data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools.#LI-RJ1
