Mercedes-Benz Vancouver is currently looking to fill a position of an Internet Sales & Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, pricing, financing, trade-ins, and special offers.
  • Follow up consistently with online prospects using CRM workflows and customized communication.
  • Convert internet leads to showroom appointments and support customers throughout the purchase process.
  • Maintain and update online vehicle listings with accurate descriptions and photos.
  • Collaborate with BDC, sales, finance, and management teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent customer experience.
  • Track and report internet lead performance, closing ratios, and appointment show rates.
  • Stay current on inventory, product knowledge, and OEM programs or incentives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high CSI scores.
  • Adhere to dealership policies, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Utilize AutoAlert and Rapid Response systems to generate and convert online leads.
  • Manage and optimize online vehicle listings (e.g., Craigslist) to drive inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound calls for lead follow-up, service reminders, and special campaigns.
  • Maintain high closing ratios by effectively managing the digital sales funnel.
  • Book service appointments to maximize shop capacity and efficiency.
  • Conduct after-service follow-ups and support service marketing initiatives.
  • Respond promptly to all internet leads via email, phone, text, and CRM tool.


Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in outbound call centers or automotive BDC roles.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (One-Eighty preferred).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Cantonese, Mandarin) are an asset.
  • Valid VSA license required.
