As the Western Service Manager, you are a key leader supporting the day-to-day operations of our Service Departments across Western Canada. You'll work closely with Service Supervisors, Warranty, and Technical Support teams to deliver on our Service First commitmentensuring departmental performance, training and development, and continuous improvement. This is a highly impactful leadership position that plays a critical role in achieving both short- and long-term strategic objectives.

You forecast volumes, plan staffing, and collaborate with senior leaders on service strategies. From setting KPIs to designing campaigns and tools, you build systems and structures that allow us to scale effectively and grow sustainably.

You take pride in mentoring others, from onboarding and technical training to supporting apprenticeships and employee growth. You create an environment where coaching and development are prioritized and documented.

Understands the Numbers
You monitor productivity, margins, customer satisfaction, and WIP. You analyze key metrics weekly and monthlyensuring our targets around profitability, efficiency, and quality are consistently met.

Champions Systems and Structure
From ERP implementation to service processes, you're a systems thinker. You support service-related software (e.g., eSchedule, eInspections), ensure uniformity in processes, and help troubleshoot system issues across branches.

Communicates with Impact
You lead service meetings, collaborate cross-functionally with Parts and Sales, and provide clear, timely, and transparent updates to your teams and leaders.

Delivers Service First
You lead by examplepromoting safety, respect, collaboration, and professionalism. You actively pursue process improvements and challenge complacency. You solve problems with energy and commitment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in H.D. equipment service operations, with proven leadership in a regional or multi-branch role
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and service KPIs
  • Excellent customer service, training, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Financial acumen with ability to analyze operational reports and manage budgets
  • Solid understanding of shop and field operations, safety practices, and tooling
  • High attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational discipline
