What You'll Do:
- Learn to generate leads and identify potential clients through research and outreach
- Contact new and existing customers to understand their automation needs
- Recommend our products and solutions in a way that connects to customer goals
- Collaborate with an experienced sales team to create and execute smart sales strategies
- Assist with product presentations and live demos – both online and in-person
- Provide customers with accurate info on pricing, product specs, and availability
- Stay up to speed with automation trends and product innovations
- Keep track of your progress and goals using CRM tools like Salesforce
Who You Are:
- Eager to learn and build a career in technical sales
- Comfortable speaking with clients via phone, email, or in person
- Familiar with basic electrical concepts (PLCs, automation systems, wiring, etc.) – not required, but a big plus
- A diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Technology is helpful, but not essential
- Self-motivated, curious, and not afraid to ask questions or take initiative
- Organized and able to track your work and goals using tools like Salesforce
- Bonus: Previous experience with Horner PLCs or other automation hardware
- Bonus: Bilingual in French and English (an asset, but not required)
