Job Title: Shipper/Receiver – Forklift Operator (Raymond Reach, Counterbalance, Dockstocker)
Location: Bramalea & Derry (Mississauga, ON)
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Industry: Hardwood Flooring Distribution

Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Shipper/Receiver to join a fast-paced hardwood flooring company located near Bramalea and Derry. This is a full-time opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused individual with strong forklift experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Raymond Reach, Counterbalance (sit-down), Stand-up Counterbalance, and Dockstocker forklifts

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately

• Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, wrapping, and labelling products

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying against packing slips

• Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory in a clean and orderly manner

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as needed

• Follow all company policies and health & safety regulations

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipper/receiver or similar role

• Valid forklift licenses for Raymond Reach, Counterbalance, Stand-Up Counterbalance, and Dockstocker

• Experience handling hardwood flooring or building materials is an asset

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm (day shift)
