Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (flexible shifts: 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm)
Rate of Pay:
$47,000 - $60,000 per year (depending upon experience) + performance-based bonuses after probation.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain client connections to drive engagement with their products and services.
- Drive Sales Success: Track and record metrics throughout the order process to meet and exceed financial goals and assigned quotas.
- Support Clients: Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate, detailed information to support daily funding needs.
- Manage Finances: Handle account receivables, bank reconciliations, credit checks, and collection calls as needed.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to promote invoice factoring effectively, along with related financial products.
- Ensure Accuracy: Review documents meticulously and manage administrative tasks for seamless transactions.
Requirements
- Skilled Communicator: You have strong written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and colleagues effectively.
- Organized & Driven: You're adept at multitasking, budgeting resources, and achieving targets with strong organizational skills.
- Analytically Minded: Comfortable working with accounts receivables and financial data.
- Eager to Learn: No prior experience in factoring is required--full training is provided! A background in accounts receivable, bookkeeping or customer service is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems, with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of business experience is a strong asset.
