Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for environmentally friendly fashion and customer relationships? Our client is a rapidly growing player in the apparel industry, and we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help them expand their footprint across North America through a high volume out bound sales approach.
In this role, you'll be the front line of our sales team—building relationships with buyers, managing inbound leads, and driving repeat business in a category that's scaling fast. You'll work closely with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience, while hitting ambitious sales targets using direct phone calls and video calls to buyers at Independent accounts.
Some of What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow accounts through phone, email, and digital tools
- Build trusted relationships with retail buyers and wholesale partners
- Process orders, track performance, and follow up on opportunities
- Collaborate on sales campaigns, launches, and seasonal pushes
- 2+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-starter mindset and love for hitting targets
- Apparel industry experience is a bonus—but not a must
