We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a key provider in our practice, you will deliver comprehensive and personalized care to patients of all ages, with a strong focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction in a supportive, patient-first environment.

• Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and health screenings

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions

• Develop individualized care plans, including treatment and preventive care strategies

• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness and side effects

• Collaborate with specialists, case managers, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care

• Educate patients and families on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and treatment compliance

• Document all patient encounters, interventions, and medical histories using electronic medical record (EMR) systems

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical training

• Maintain current knowledge of medical advancements, treatment guidelines, and best practices

• Other duties as assigned

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Current and unrestricted medical license in the practicing state

• Proven experience in primary care or outpatient clinical settings

• Proficiency with EMR systems and comfort with telemedicine platforms

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
