What you will do as a Collections Specialist

  • Make a large volume of outbound calls using the NICE telephony system
  • Leverage data within Salesforce to verify client account information
  • Update accounts using Wealthview to ensure updates are communicated across the business
  • Handle difficult conversations related to client accounts and help them work towards their goal of building their credit
  • Quickly understand customer situations, showing empathy while working towards curing balances and outstanding accounts

What we are looking for:

  • Strong administration skills, documenting and communicating details to various stakeholders
  • A strong backbone, the ability to not let a difficult conversation ruin your day
  • Goal-oriented, somebody who is financially motivated and competitive
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, when dealing with customers and stakeholders
