Stratus is a fast-growing electrical and instrumentation company that is seeking Journeyman Electricians to join our team to travel to out of town job sites.

When : Immediate

Locations :Various job sites across Canada, mainly Western Canada

Rotations :14 days on / 7 days off, 10 days on / 4 days off

Role Responsibilities :

• Tray installation and tray bonding
• Set up cable pulls
• Cable pulling and glanding
• Terminations
• Experience with the installation of Electric Heat Trace, including MI and SR installations.
• Planning and executing building layouts
• Read and interpret blueprints and single-line diagrams
• EMT and rigid conduit installations
• General industrial modular building experience
• Review and accurately follow job specifications & quality requirements
• Professional communication with internal and external customers
• Ability to work overtime to meet customer requirements
• Ability and flexibility to work out of town
• Safety-Sensitive sites. D&A requirements will apply

Role Requirements :

• Journeyman Red Seal Electrician ticket or Apprenticeship card
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use standard office equipment (i.e., computer, phone, photocopier, email, etc.)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
