About the Project:
ECO Canada is seeking a consultant or development team to design, build, and deliver an automated online tool to support its Sustainable Blue Economy Professional (SBEP) designation program. This tool will enhance user experience and streamline key processes including application intake, skills assessment, peer validation, and credentialing.

Requirements

Scope of Work Includes:

• Designing a user-friendly self-assessment platform that helps applicants evaluate their qualifications and identify the appropriate SBEP designation level (e.g., SBEP, SBEPt, SBEP – Specialized).
• Developing interactive features to support NOS (National Occupational Standards) self-assessments and peer validation workflows.
• Creating a designation recommendation engine that generates outcomes based on user input and recommends tailored professional development where needed.
• Integrating the tool with ECO Canada's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics-based payment system using Dataverse for cloud-based data synchronization.
• Enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) integration for seamless access through third-party platforms.
• Building a scalable, secure system that can evolve to include additional designations and region-specific adaptations.
• Hosting the platform on Canadian-based infrastructure to ensure data privacy and sovereignty.
• Delivering a fully functional and tested platform within six months of project kickoff.
• Requires a secret security clearance

Preferred Tech Stack:

• C#.NET / SQL Server to align with ECO Canada's current systems and infrastructure.
