The salary range for this role is $65,000–$85,000. Most candidates can expect an offer toward the lower to mid part of the range, depending on experience and alignment with the role's requirements.

Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Duties:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of effective email campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Maintain, monitor, and improve our existing martech stack.
- Support the integration of new platforms and train marketers on how to use them properly.
- Provide the marketing team with key data they need to make decisions.
- Develop, run, and report on split testing.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseKey Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, including running marketing automation platforms.
- Skills, Abilities, & Attributes:
- An understanding of messaging best practices: efficient funnels, conversion optimization, email list hygiene, compliance, etc.
- Excellent communication, organization, and workflow management.
- Experience with marketing stack platforms: customer.io (or similar), Google stack (Analytics, AdWords, etc.), Shopify, Everflow, YotPo.
- Interest in or experience with using AI tools to enhance marketing operations.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
