A well-established and growing General Contractor in the Simcoe area is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team. With decades of experience across Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, and Multi-Unit Residential projects, the company focuses on delivering high-quality work throughout Simcoe County and surrounding regions.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Interpret and work with construction drawings and documents
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams
- Track project schedules and budgets using MS Project and other tools
- Lead site meetings, ensuring all project goals and timelines are met
- Provide consistent reporting and communication to stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a General Contractor
- Strong working knowledge of Ontario building codes and construction processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Degree or diploma in Civil, Structural, Construction, or Architectural Technology
- Valid G Driver's Licence
- Bonus: PMP, Gold Seal Certification, or LEED accreditation
