Project Manager – ICI & Multi-Unit Residential Construction

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year
About the Company:
A well-established and growing General Contractor in the Simcoe area is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team. With decades of experience across Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, and Multi-Unit Residential projects, the company focuses on delivering high-quality work throughout Simcoe County and surrounding regions.
What You'll Do:

• Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
• Interpret and work with construction drawings and documents
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams
• Track project schedules and budgets using MS Project and other tools
• Lead site meetings, ensuring all project goals and timelines are met
• Provide consistent reporting and communication to stakeholders

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a General Contractor
• Strong working knowledge of Ontario building codes and construction processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Degree or diploma in Civil, Structural, Construction, or Architectural Technology
• Valid G Driver's Licence
• Bonus: PMP, Gold Seal Certification, or LEED accreditation
