- Serve as the primary contact for assigned dealer accounts, providing professional support via phone, email, and in person.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and visits across Ontario and Canada.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
- Display an excellent understanding of product knowledge and be able to relay that to customers
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM.
- Accurately enter and process customer orders, assist with product selection and quotes, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend complementary products to increase order value.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or account management; industry experience in construction products or manufacturing is preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD software, and CRM systems is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills with strong organizational abilities and a knack for problem-solving.
- Eagerness to develop technical knowledge related to window design and construction.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be open to travelling within ON and Canada.
