Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Epicor (or equivalent ERP systems) and e-Maint software (or equivalent Maintenance Software), as well as basic HR functions. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Epicor (ERP) Management:
- Maintain and update ERP system data.
- Generate and analyse reports from Epicor.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving entries from Shift Supervisors.
- e-Maint Software Management:
- Manage and update maintenance schedules and records in e-Maint.
- Generate maintenance reports for the Maintenance Team to track equipment performance.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and maintenance items inventory and requisitions as needed. (Requests originate from Maintenance Team and e-maint system)
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support HR activities
Education:
- High school/Post Secondary diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
