Responsible for machinery building and assembly, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment. This role requires hands-on expertise in diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes. You will work closely with other team members to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs

· Troubleshoot mechanical problems and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.

· Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal operation.

· Interpret technical drawings, and manuals to facilitate equipment repairs and installations.

· Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of equipment.

· Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing all tasks.

· Assist with any other duties as needed to support operational goals.

Qualifications:

· Valid Drivers License, Reliable Vehicle, Valid Passport, Forklift License (Preferred)

· Willing and able to travel to the USA and abroad

· Willing to work weekends and travel to job sites

· Motivated, honest, enjoys a challenge, good problem-solving skills, work under pressure

· Mechanical Technician or Technologist or similar.

· Background and/or basic understanding of electrical, electronics, controls, machine assembly, ext.

· Proficient with Autocad

· Ability to weld, use a lathe, mill, drill and tap holes, read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to safety practices.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Diploma or degree as a mechanical technician, technologist or engineer or a related field is a plus.
