You will build strong partnerships with Deans, Directors, and leaders at all levels, offering strategic advice and consultation in areas such as labour relations, disability management and accommodations, performance management, and employee engagement and development. Your work will directly support the Colleges vision of fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace community. • Disability Management: Partner with leaders and a junior business partner to manage disability claims, accommodations, and return-to-work plans, ensuring support for both employees and operational needs.
  • Organizational Effectiveness:
Lead and support initiatives that build employee engagement, retention, and leadership capability. Use data from engagement surveys and exit interviews to drive continuous improvement.

  • Culture Champion:
Promote a positive, inclusive work environment by modeling trust, professionalism, and relationship-building in all interactions.

You're a strategic thinker who knows how to build genuine partnerships and find practical solutions without getting lost in red tape. Approachable and professional, you bring a calm, diplomatic presence to complex situations and thrive in collaborative environments where teamwork and trust are essential. Youre just as comfortable advising on high-level strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to tackle the day-to-day work. With solid experience in the public sector, including handling complex investigations, grievances and arbitrations, you're well-versed in the unique challenges of serving a diverse community within a dynamic and often nuanced environment.

Qualifications
