Mercedes-Benz Country Hills is Hiring: Front Counter / Wholesale Parts Advisor
Do you have a passion for customer service and automotive parts? Mercedes-Benz Country Hills is looking for a Front Counter / Wholesale Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for wholesale clients and front-counter customers. You're knowledgeable, dependable, and take pride in delivering prompt, professional service. You'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure the accurate and timely supply of parts, supporting the efficiency and reputation of our Parts Department and the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve wholesale and walk-in customers at the front counter with professionalism and efficiency
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from wholesale clients and trade partners
- Process and fulfill parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Assist technicians with accurate parts lookup and recommendations
- Maintain clean and organized stock areas according to established systems
- Accurately input and track data in CDK or equivalent system
- Assist with warranty part returns and documentation
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required
- Build strong relationships with regular wholesale clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a front counter or wholesale parts environment
- Knowledge of automotive parts (Mercedes-Benz or other luxury brands an asset)
- Experience with CDK or similar dealership management software is a strong asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
- Available to work Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
