Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage customer orders according to company standards.
- Efficiently receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Perform put-away activities, ensuring all products are stored in the correct locations.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and inventory controls to maintain stock accuracy.
- Manually shrink-wrap pallets and skids to secure loads for transport.
- Identify damaged or defective products and promptly place them in designated aisles for further handling.
- Safely load and unload materials onto/off trucks, trailers, pallets, skids, or other lifting devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Accurately process and complete all related paperwork, including logs and inventory documentation.
- Support other warehouse duties as assigned to promote efficient operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Completion of high school or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating one or more of the forklifts listed above.
- Valid forklift operator certification compliant with provincial regulations.
- Strong computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50-60 lbs safely and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance.

Shifts Available & Equipment:
- We have upcoming day and afternoon shifts available. Candidates must have experience operating one or more of the following forklifts, along with a valid certification: counterbalance forklift (including counterbalance with attachments), Crown reach forklift, reverse reach forklift, double deep reach forklift, and cherry picker (order picker). Experience with push back racking systems and ECP (electric controlled pallet jack) is considered an asset.
Compensation:
- $20 to $23 per hour, commensurate with experience and work location
