Detail Technician

We are looking for an experienced detailer with 2 - 5 years experience, including all aspects of detailing from basic washing to interior shampooing to polishing to installing Xpel PPF film.
The Detailer is an important member of the service team, responsible for the cleaning and presentation of new and used vehicles on dealership property as well as the cleaning and restoration of retail customer vehicles. This individual contributes to our impeccable Dealership image through the presentation of vehicles that represent the Lexus brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Wash, wax, and polish vehicles
• Clean interior and exterior windows
• Vacuum and shampoo interior of vehicles
• Clean engine and engine compartment
• Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
• Operate all tools in a safe manner
• Report any safety issues immediately to management
• Apply Expel film protection products
• Lead team of detailers and support through mentoring with hands on approach
• Manage work schedule for department and daily work flow
What You Bring:
• Experience polishing luxury vehicles, including 3-stage wet sanding
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for high-quality results
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive and inspiring attitude
• Team player and leader
• Valid driver's licence with a clean abstract
• Confident driving both manual and automatic transmissions.
