We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with 4–10 years of B2B field sales experience to manage high-value, solution-based sales in the industrial and energy sectors. This role involves driving revenue growth through both new business development and strategic account management within a defined territory. The ideal candidate will have experience selling complex solutions (such as power systems, HVAC, or energy storage), excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. Frequent field travel and CRM proficiency are required.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and execute strategic plans for new and existing accounts.
Deliver tailored proposals and product demonstrations to meet client needs.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets ($3–4M annual goal).
Use CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and track activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
Maintain strong product knowledge in areas such as generators, HVAC systems, and energy storage.
Travel up to 40% within the assigned territory to conduct client visits and site assessments.
4–10 years of B2B field sales experience in energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
Proven track record in high-value, solution-based selling (not transactional).
Experience with general contractors or data center projects is a plus.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
Previous sales quota of $2M+ annually is preferred.
Must be based in or near the sales territory and able to travel regularly.
Not suitable for candidates without B2B field experience, visa sponsorship needs, or a stable work history.
