As part of our exciting launch of the Shift Collab ADHD Expert Clinic, we're seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join us as an independent contractor to deliver mental health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD in adults. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise in mental health and ADHD care to a collaborative, virtual environment.

Nurse Practitioners will commit to a minimum of 16 clinical hours per month, with a consistent schedule to support continuity of care for clients. There is also an opportunity to expand clinical days in the future as the ADHD Clinic grows and client demand increases. This structure is designed to provide predictable support for our clients while allowing you to maintain a rewarding and manageable workload.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table- Active registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the College of Nurses of Ontario (mandatory); registration in other provinces is an asset.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner delivering mental health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD in adult clients.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with therapists.
- Commitment to a minimum of 16 clinical hours per month, with a consistent schedule to support continuity of care for clients.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Reliable internet connection and secure, private workspace for virtual care.
- Proficiency in virtual care delivery and comfort with secure telehealth platforms.
- Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and consultation.
- The ability to provide care in additional languages is an asset.
- Professional references and a Vulnerable Sector Check will be required for all successful candidates.
