Job Overview
We are seeking (2) laborers and (1) Job Site Supervisor for a very busy Cribbing Company - must have prior job site experience a must, willing to train and assist on road to Job Site Super. ***MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE.** Hourly wage will be determined based on experience. There is potential for some out of town travel.

Tri-Form Concrete Ltd., has many long term employee's, that will speak to the culture/atmosphere we support. Staff are provided health spending allowance after 3 mos, bonus' throughout the year and all wages are based on experience - with ability to quickly increase rate based on performance. There could be at times require out of town travel.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, holding tools, and performing tasks as directed.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment as needed.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials according to project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor required - must have prior job site experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
