Clinical Director – Private Medical Rehab Facility

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $96,000 per year

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and a therapeutic environment aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day clinical operations and care delivery

  • Supervise and support the clinical team, including therapists, nurses, and allied health staff

  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team

  • Ensure adherence to all professional, legal, and ethical standards

  • Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff

  • Monitor and ensure continuous quality improvement across all clinical programs

  • Collaborate with senior management to support organizational goals and strategic initiatives

  • Maintain detailed and compliant clinical records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field

  • Valid provincial license (e.g., LCSW, RP, RN, Psychologist, or equivalent)

  • Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience preferred, including at least two (2) in a leadership capacity

  • Strong background in addiction recovery, mental health, or medical rehabilitation

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Committed to maintaining a high standard of care in a luxury treatment setting
