We are a premium auto collision, maintenance, and mechanical shop with over 30 years in business. Modern building with very friendly and helpful office personnel.


Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be communicating directly with customers via in-person meetings or telephone, managing their inquiries and expectations regarding auto service, maintenance, and repairs. This role is the link between the shop technicians and the customer. Professional customer service and polite communication skills are essential in this position, ensuring to enhance the customer experience.


Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer and their vehicle.
  • Schedule service and repair appointments.
  • Deal with any challenging situations and customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Complete and review repair orders with customers.
  • Act as liaison between customers and technicians.
  • Manage work orders and documents on Google Sheets and industry software.
  • At times, accompany customers to collision reporting centres.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the mechanical components of automobiles.
  • Attention to detail is very important.
  • Basic math and keyboarding skills.
  • Valid driver's licence in Ontario.
  • Some heavy lifting of auto parts when they are delivered.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is essential.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
