This role is about telling our story clearly, boldly, and with impact:

Our Brand Strategy & Communications Leadwill build the function from scratch.
Youll be responsible for our brand strategy, messaging, and voice.
Shaping how Pontosense is seen, heard, and remembered across every channel.
Youll work directly with our CEO, turning business priorities into clear, consistent messaging that builds trust and drives action. As the company scales, so will this role, with a clear path to build and lead your own team.

What We Need

These are the core responsibilities youll take on from day one. Your baseline for success in this role.

  • Execute our brand and communications strategy across all platforms
  • Maintain consistent, on-brand messaging across social media, our website, and internal channels
  • Craft and edit a wide range of content including press releases, company updates, and thought leadership
  • Own earned-media strategy (press, awards) as part of an end-to-end brand narrative
  • Create engaging multimedia content (webinars, videos, podcasts, email campaigns)
  • Support internal communications, from employee updates to executive messaging
  • Help plan and manage our presence at events and conferences, including booth setup and logistics
  • Monitor whats being said about us online to protect and strengthen our reputation

  • A talent for turning complex technical ideas into clear and engaging content
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution you think big and move fast
  • Exceptional skills in writing, storytelling, and content creation across formats and platforms
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and collaborators while consistently delivering on time
  • A strong background in media relations, from crafting compelling pitches to securing meaningful coverage
  • Confidence using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar to support visual storytelling
  • A data-informed approach, using performance insights to refine and strengthen your work
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments you are proactive, resourceful, and always looking to raise the bar
