We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a privately owned company situated in South West Edmonton. This is a full-time permanent onsite role.
Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle accounting: A/R, A/P, payroll, expense reports
- Perform monthly reconciliations & financial reporting
- Manage cash flow, EFTs, wire transfers, credit lines & loans
- Prepare and file government remittances (GST/HST/PST, T4, WCB, CBSA, CARM)
- Set up credit applications, terms & limits
- Maintain organized financial records & filing systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or diploma in Business Administration - Management is an asset.
- Knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi languages is an asset.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.
- High attention to detail
- Practical experience in bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and open to learning and improving skills.
