What you'll do

* Your ability to create meaningful bonds with candidates will ensure a top-notch people experience,
guiding them through the process with expertise and care.
* You'll bring valuable market intelligence and insights to the table, advising and influencing internal
partners and clients on the right candidate experiences for them.

Who you are
* Proven closer: You've got at least two years' experience in recruiting for IT roles, so you know how to
seal the deal. Your track record speaks for itself, with successful placements that have made clients
come back to you again and again.
* Income driver: You're motivated by results. You thrive in a performance-based environment and are
eager to maximize commissions through exceptional placements and strong candidate relationships
* Relationship builder: You know recruitment is all about connections. Your ability to build rapport with
clients and candidates allows you to develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
* Strategic thinker: You're not just filling roles; you're crafting a pipeline of top-tier talent that keeps our
organization thriving. You'll develop innovative sourcing strategies that help you exceed your
recruitment goals.

* Ability to work on a flexible hybrid schedule

* A very strong understanding of IT/tech skillsets
* Excellent, easy, human communication skills
* Prior agency experience is considered an asset
