Position Summary:

Eastside Kia currently has an opening for a career-minded and team-oriented Business Manager. We are Southern Alberta's largest volume Kia dealer! Required Competencies:

• The candidate requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive sales or at least 1 year experience as a Finance Manager with no prior sales experience.
• Strong sales skills
• Good work ethic
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude
• Responsibilities will include:
• Menu Selling
• Finance contracts - Facilitate the loan application process, from submission to approval, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Ability to negotiate with lenders on loan terms and customers to secure favorable terms that benefit both the customer and the dealership
• Delivery coordination sold units
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
