Known for their hands-on leadership and commitment to excellence, they are looking to add a seasoned Senior Project Manager to their growing team.

About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of ICI construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to project close-out. Youll lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial and commercial construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Manage procurement of materials, services, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, site staff, and subcontractors
  • Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and risk management practices
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for future improvements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience in the ICI construction sector
  • Proven track record of delivering industrial and commercial projects from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • PMP designation or relevant construction certifications are an asset
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
