Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote a safe environment for clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding nail care.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques.
• Assist with body waxing services as needed.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

Skills

• Proficient in various nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in upselling services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
• Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not required.
